After being involved in the Real Estate and the New Home Construction field for over 19 years, I decided to take the adventure and start my own company called My New Home Realty, LLC. The idea was not to just start a new company, but to start a new way of selling Real Estate, so I started with an idea, offer a full service customer focused company, not just a webpage to send people to.\

At My New Home Realty our motto is “We’re not just selling Real Estate, we’re providing service”. So, when working with sellers we will develop and implement a solid specific marketing plan and accurate pricing that will get results, and we will attract more buyers with our new cutting edge program called “Buyer’s Rewards”. We will use this slogan in all of our advertising campaigns to generate calls. So when a buyer calls, we will offer them, “Buyer’s Rewards” and we will be promoting our listings first. So, anytime a buyer works with My New Home Realty to help them find a home, we will not only give them expert advice, but we will also give them back (at closing) ½% of the sales price of the home they buy. As we like to say, if you are going to buy anyway you may as well get paid for doing it. This program will not only benefit the buyer, it will benefit the seller as well.

Of course, no matter who we work with we will always deal ethically and honestly with them throughout the process.
